We will match any competitor's price on any bidet seat we carry. Please email requests and include the competitor's URL, product, and price and the price you would like us to match. We will honor the price, taking into consideration shipping costs, date, and availability.
Please be sure the competitor has a business web site with a legitimate cart and functioning contact information.
Please make your request before purchasing. Unfortunately, we cannot issue "retroactive" price adjustments once a product has shipped.
RETURNS
If you wish to return an unopened, unused product, please contact us within thirty (30) days of receipt. You MUST obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions PRIOR to sending back your product. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Call tags (pre-paid shipping) will only be issued when a product is damaged or defective at time of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to governmental regulations and the hygienic nature of this product, there are no customer returns on products that have been installed and/or used in any manner. We encourage you to ask us questions in advance and to measure your bowl for size.
